It was really a case of Nicky Mudie to the rescue. I have two newly built flats in central Kensington that I wanted to decorate and furnish for the rental market. This was well outside my comfort zone.
Nicky prepared the schedule and budget to aim for an above average rent for the area, very helpful to repay the building costs. From being quite a daunting task, the project has become great fun. Nicky has coordinated with the builders to make sure that everything was carried out to the highest standard. The results have been stunning and at a cost which is surprisingly affordable.
Particularly impressive have been the Violet & George support staff, who have obtained all the furnishings and fabrics very smoothly, and taken an enormous amount ofresponsibilityoff my shoulders.
